VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEEDED
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing social media accounts and website contents
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events for executives.
- Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and handling invoices.
- Assisting with the planning, execution, and tracking of projects.
- Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring timely updates.
- Acting as a point of contact between executives and employees, facilitating effective communication.
- Representing the executive team in interactions with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with media relations and managing the executive’s public image.
